In 2015, Halls changed the formula of one of its most beloved candies and clients hated the change. Thousands of angry fans flooded social media and Hall's customer service demanding the old formula back.
In response, we took the new formula out of the market and fulfilled the clients’ greatest wish: we blew up the last lot of Halls Mini. Literally. The explosion then became the online spot for the Halls Mini relaunch, with the restoration of the formula everyone loves. The results were immediate and expressive. It converted the brand's big mistake into one of the greatest success for Halls in Brazil.
